The ICS Triplex T8310 has achieved the highest international safety integrity level of SIL3. As the core main processor module of the Trusted Safety Instrumented System, it features a triple redundancy architecture (TMR) structure module. Within a single module, three completely independent and mutually isolated microprocessor channels are physically integrated. It performs synchronous high-speed computations and hardware-level "three-out-of-three (2oo3)" voting for the control logic, along with a diagnostic coverage rate of over 99%. Even in extremely harsh working conditions where there are double hardware failures, it can still precisely and seamlessly execute control instructions and firmly refuse to activate or malfunction.

International Certification

ICS Triplex T8310 is a single-module native and straightforward SIL3-certified product. For process intervals involving high temperatures, high pressures, highly toxic substances, flammability, and explosivity, national regulations and international standards (IEC 61508 / IEC 61511) mandate that the safety integrity level must reach SIL3. Many controllers that claim to be safe are actually "SIL3 capable", meaning that a large amount of additional redundant configurations are required to barely meet the requirements.
