Structure

The core of this EPRO CON-011 is a microprocessor with network acceleration capabilities, specifically designed to handle the concurrent packaging of large amounts of data. The most prominent feature on the board is the Ethernet interface circuit with a network transformer. This part is electrically isolated very strictly, completely separating the external network from the internal system of EPRO. At the backplane communication interface, a row of high-speed optocouplers and driver chips are densely arranged to filter the noise on the backplane bus and protect the core processor from external high voltage shocks. Its power management part is very generous, with multiple levels of voltage regulation and filter capacitors. Even if there are some spikes in the DC power supply in the cabinet, after being processed by this board, the voltage sent to the network chip remains very smooth, which fundamentally reduces the probability of the gateway suddenly crashing due to power interference.
