At Tongtu, we will continue to uphold the principle of "customer first, quality first". HIMA F3236 is a powerful digital input module with remarkable performance characteristics, providing stable and reliable power support for PLC systems and other industrial automation equipment.
The HIMA F3236 product has been purchased in Yueyang Tongtu. After being inserted into the HIMA base plate, it is responsible for converting the internal data of the safety system into the commonly used industrial communication protocols outside, enabling the upper-level computers, DCS or engineer stations in the control room to safely read the on-site information. The communication requirements of the safety system are extremely high. Not only must data transmission be guaranteed, but also external network failures must not affect the normal operation of the internal safety logic. As one of the suppliers, we offer a wide range of low-priced products.
Real case
Last year, we had a customer from Southeast Asia who was a chemical plant. Their SIS system needed to be upgraded, and they needed to replace the old serial port communication with a connection to the new DCS system. They purchased a communication card from another channel on their own, but after installing it, the data on the DCS screen frequently experienced large-scale fluctuations. They spent several days troubleshooting but still couldn't solve the problem. Later, they found Yueyang Tongtu and ordered this HIMA F3236. Our technicians had already checked the baud rate and data format with them in advance. After the module was sent over, they replaced it and reconfigured it according to the parameters we provided. After powering on, the data stabilized instantly, and they ran continuously for several days without catching any error frames. The customer later left a message saying that this board helped them regain the project progress.
Built-in structure
The internal structure of HIMA F3236 has established an extremely secure isolation and intelligent diagnostic mechanism. Each independent sub-module is equipped with a dedicated microcontroller, which precisely controls the built-in current source/voltage source for pulse-based dynamic detection. The signals isolated by optocouplers are not simply converted into 0/1 digital quantities, but are precisely guided to the high-precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for in-depth measurement of the actual current and voltage characteristics to detect hidden faults such as contact adhesion or breakage. These signals will be aggregated through their respective independent serial buses and seamlessly uploaded to the underlying I/O communication coprocessor for strict four-out-of-two voting by the F2201 main control system.
